About the Role

As part of the Healthcare Programs team, you will support the effective delivery and growth of national programs — bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to a portfolio that is both impactful and evolving.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Healthcare Programs, you will help connect the dots across projects, stakeholders, and priorities, ensuring programs are delivered consistently and with quality. You will also contribute to shaping how programs are packaged and delivered, including supporting the development of sustainable funding and revenue pathways.

- Managing the day-to-day coordination of multiple healthcare programs at a national level
- Contributing to the development and refinement of program offerings, including scoping, value positioning, and cost considerations
- Supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks that improve efficiency and consistency
- Strengthening processes and ways of working across the team and with internal partners
- Keeping across developments in research, policy, and best practice, and translating these into meaningful insights for program delivery
Your experience

You will bring:
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within healthcare or a related sector
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines without compromising quality
- Experience working across complex projects with multiple contributors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic style
- A relevant tertiary qualification in health, or experience supporting health-related programs (desirable)
