The Role
Based in Surry Hills and reporting the Corporate & Community Partnership Manager, in this hands-on and rewarding role, you will plan, coordinate and deliver a calendar of community engagement and fundraising events that strengthen community connections and support the organisation's mission.

Based in Surry Hills and reporting the Corporate & Community Partnership Manager, in this hands-on and rewarding role, you will plan, coordinate and deliver a calendar of community engagement and fundraising events that strengthen community connections and support the organisation's mission.
The key areas of responsibility will be:
- Planning, coordinating and executing the organisation's annual fundraising and community events.
- Managing event logistics including catering, equipment hire, suppliers and venues.
- Creating and distributing invitations and post-event communications.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking RSVPs.
- Developing and strengthening relationships with donors, partners, supporters and volunteers.
- Coordinating and supporting the organisation's event volunteer program.
- Sourcing raffle and auction prizes.
- Supporting the development of event budgets and reporting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Confidence using digital tools and software.
- Ability to work independently within established frameworks.
