DAY SERVICES MANAGER
Contract position | Full time | Predominantly Office Based | Hills District
The Role
Based in the Hills District in Sydney, and reporting the CEO, your role will be to continue shaping and guiding the future of the strategic priorities of the day services program in a dynamic environment. You will build upon many years of successful service delivery whilst identifying opportunities for growth.

What You Bring
You have a demonstrated track record in service coordination within day services (essential), and have taken your teams to the next level of their performance capability. Operational management skills are at the core of your proven success.

- Ensuring an empathetic and efficient level of service delivery for all clients and their carers/families
- Delivering on the agreed strategic priorities
- Representing organisational needs and priorities to key stakeholders
- Collaborating with peer agencies and demonstrating sector leadership
- Mentoring and overseeing a small team
